The light was presented very well and when we unpacked it...it looked just like the picture. We were very pleased.
We had one shade that was broken upon arrival and we talked to the customer service number provided and it was shipped immediately.
We were extremely happy with the whole process and will shop here again.

The fixture is pretty and arrived very quickly. The installation was a little tricky, but once it was up I was happy. It's hard to find anything brass in the stores, so I was pleased to find this one online.
